Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Edxcell – The Second Campus, we strive to provide high-quality academic services and ensure a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy for all learners. Please review the detailed terms below:

  1. Refund Eligibility
  • A learner is eligible to request a refund within 7 days of course enrollment if no classes or learning materials have been accessed.
  • Refund requests after the 7-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances unless explicitly stated under special offers or admissions exceptions.
  1. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Registration Fees, Processing Fees, and any University Affiliation Fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Fees paid for Study Abroad Consulting, Visa Application Support, and Entrance Test Preparation are non-refundable once services have commenced.
  1. Procedure for Requesting a Refund
  • The refund request must be submitted in writing to info@edxcell.com along with proof of payment and reason for refund.
  • All refunds, once approved, will be processed within 15 business days to the original mode of payment.
  1. Cancellation of Admission
  • Learners may cancel their enrollment before accessing the LMS or attending orientation. Cancellations after accessing content will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Edxcell reserves the right to cancel any admission in case of document fraud, misrepresentation, or non-eligibility.
  1. Program Transfer or Postponement
  • Learners may request to postpone enrollment or transfer to another course once, within the same academic cycle. Any additional requests will be charged an administrative fee.
  1. University-Initiated Cancellation
  • In case the university or partner institution discontinues a program, a full refund or an alternative course option will be provided to the learner.
  1. No Refund Situations
  • Learners accessing course content, receiving LMS login, attending live or recorded sessions are not eligible for any refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with teaching quality, platform preferences, or personal reasons after service initiation.
  1. Force Majeure Clause
  • In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), Edxcell will not be liable for service disruptions or refunds. Alternate arrangements or deferred learning options will be offered.
